Fees for services are based on the complexity of the tax return and the time required for preparation. A deposit may be required for new clients. All fees must be paid in full prior to the final e-filing of your tax return unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

We take the security of your financial data very seriously. Our practices are governed by our Privacy Policy. We utilize industry-standard encryption and secure portals for all document transmissions.

6. Limitations of Liability
In no event shall Newport Tax Service be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website or our tax services.
